Competition and Giveaway T&Cs

  • By entering the promotion you agree to disclose your details (name and image) for the purposes of despatching your prize and publicly announcing a winner upon an acceptance. This also indicates your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • Any defamatory disclosure on the competition or elsewhere, whether related to or irrelevant to the promotion will be excluded from the winners’ selection processes.
  • There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter and purchasing any item will neither lower nor boost your chances of winning.
  • Prize must be shipped to the winners registered address, in the event the winner is not an existing customer, an account must be set-up in order to process the delivery. Setting up a ShopTo account is always free.
  • There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be transferred in any way, but the winner can refuse the prize if they so wish.
  • ShopTo employees past and present along with their immediate family are not eligible to enter.
  • Anybody connected to the publisher or developer of the prize are not eligible to enter.
  • Competitions start at the time of publishing and may be;
  • Extended, if the number of entrants fall short of the targets required by the sponsor.
  • Ended early, at the discretion of ShopTo if the number of entrants meet or exceed the targets expected.
  • All participants must be 18 years of age or older and be legally residing in the UK.
  • If there is more than one way to enter, it will be mentioned on the individual channels.
  • If the promotion is endorsed by a 3rd Party, it shall be mentioned clearly in the supporting messages otherwise all promotions are considered solely underwritten by ShopTo.net
  • Participants must be submitted by him/herself, entrants cannot use a third party to enter on their behalf.
  • Unless previously mentioned otherwise, multiple accounts held by the same person shall be treated as one entry.
  • Any entries submitted using any robot, script, macro or other automated service will be disqualified.
  • Non-personal social media accounts used solely for competitions and giveaways will not be considered (if your timeline has little or no personal activity, it will also be considered as a robot). Each winner’s timeline must accessible as it will be audited for the purposes eligibility.
  • ShopTo, reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms & Conditions without notice if in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil disturbance, act of God, a breach of any law, regulation, the promotion has been abused, misleading or compromised in any way beyond ShopTo control.
  • ShopTo is not responsible for inaccurate prize information supplied by any 3rd party.
  • Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail, DM, private message and all available lines of communication provided on the end date of the promotion for which their name/alias shall be published on all our social media channels. Please add an advice to keep account details up-to-date
  • Participants and prize winners are responsible to keep their account details up-to-date before the end of the promotion as ShopTo are neither accountable for notifying incorrect e-mails nor dispatching prizes to old postal addresses.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted directly or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and announce one replacement winner. Add that we will only try a winner and 1 replacement
  • Delivery information and recorded tracking number shall be provided solely to the winner. If the winner wishes pick-up the item in person, ShopTo shall make the arrangements.
  • ShopTo’s decision is final and no correspondence entered by entrants regarding the competition shall be responded to.
  • Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
