ShopTo News Gaming Discussion Monday March 4th
| 2019-03-04

Good afternoon everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend! It’s the start of the first week of March and that means more new games! We will of course showcase this week’s new releases down in our Out This Week section below so keep scrolling for that! Looking back at the weekend just gone then, we did get a little bit of gaming news! PS Vita production has come to an end after eight years of availability, I feel as though it was an underrated system which didn’t get the support it deserved, I never owned one, but I always saw them as a pretty cool system. In other news, the Switch had its second Birthday, I can’t believe it’s been 2 years already, I remember recording that unboxing like it was yesterday! Finally, Fortnite overtook Apex to reclaim its top spot on Twitch, I guess it was only a matter of time and Fortnite did get its big Season 8 update which brought a lot of people back to the game. As for my gaming time this weekend, I played quite a lot of Flatout Ultimate Carnage on PC, its just so good, hands down my favourite racer of all time. I also played a bit of Apex, grabbing a few wins on PS4, Pokémon GO as I went and got my first Dialga raid done and finally, I did put a few hours in on FIFA. What did you play this weekend? Let us know down in the comments below!

Discussion Topic: If you could add one feature to your primary console, what would it be?

Georges Answer: It would have to be Xbox’s Backwards Compatibility on PS4, I’m so jealous of that system and I hope it comes with the PS5. As for going the other way, I think it would have to be the simplicity of the PS4 UI on the Xbox, I don’t hate the Xbox dashboard as much as I used to but the PS4 menus are so much easier to navigate and use.

Devil May Cry 5 – PS4 and Xbox One – March 8th – Lenticular Sleeve For Free

A brand new entry in the legendary over-the-top action series comes to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC in Spring 2019, complete with its signature blend of high-octane stylized action and otherworldly and original characters the series is known for.
