How can I track my order?
In order to give you exactly what you need, here at ShopTo.Net we offer several options for shipping your order to you. If you have selected one of the following shipping methods you can check the status of your item any time after it is dispatched!
For UK Customers:
- Royal Mail (signed for): Click here
- TNT Nest Business Day / TNT Saturday: Click here
- DPD have improved their service by introducing facility to track where the driver is 15 minutes before delivery. Click for more details
For non-UK customers:
- Royal Mail International 1st Class (Signed for)
- TNT - Global Express
If you have used one of these shipping options, you can find the tracking number for your order in the 'My Account' section of the site, in your Orders list
If you have not used one of these shipping methods, then your item cannot be tracked. In this case, if you think that your item should have arrived already you may be able to report a missing item. Please look at our Lost Parcels
