Getting Started


Signing up and placing your first order with


Add your selected item to the basket and fill in the details in the form. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. The security question will allow you to recover your password should you forget or misplace it.

The address you give us should be the address that your card is registered to otherwise the system may not be able to verify your details when you enter you billing details.
After entering the information click the “Register” button at the bottom of the page.
You will then be taken to a secure page where you can enter your billing details. Once you have filled in the form click the “Proceed” button in the bottom right hand corner.
The system will then validate you card with a test transaction where you card will be billed with a nominal amount and then instantly refunded.
The system will check all details are correct, if they are not it will let you know and allow you to change them. Once this has been done you will be taken straight to your new account page where you can see and update your details, check on your orders or change your options.
When you register the system will send you an email to the address you registered with. If you do not receive this email within 20 minutes of registering please check and spam filters that you have set up with your email service. Your email will have confirmation of your username and account code for you records.

Purchasing your first item

If you aren’t already, then log into your account using the email and the password you used when you signed up to The form for signing up can be found on the left hand side just below the "HOME" "CHARTS" "FORUM" and "BLOG" links.

Find an item you wish to purchase, this can be done in many ways, clicking links on either side of our webpage, navigating using the platform buttons at the top of the webpage or typing the item you want to purchase into the search box at the top of the page. If the “Buy” button does not appear and instead you find a "Add to Preorder Button, this can mean that the item is not yet available or that we are temporarily out of stock of the item. Generally popular titles are only out of stock for a matter of hours and adding it to your preorder will let us know that you wish to purchase one and we will deliver it to you as soon as we have the item in stock. Once the item is in your basket it will stay in there until removed from your basket by paying for the item or cancelling it. Feel free to browse and add more items to your basket. Once you have all the items you want to purchase in your basket click the View button on the left hand side of the page under your account information.

You will then be shown the contents of your basket. This shows a breakdown of all your items and your order total. If your order contains any pre-orders these are shown separately to in stock items. To see your pre-orders just click on the pre-orders box on the left or in your account.

Now choose which delivery option you would like (the default is FREE 1st Class Royal Mail). Then click on which option you wish to check out with, if you have a Paypal account and wish to check out with Paypal just click the “Checkout with PayPal” button payments (please note that Paypal cannot be used for high value items). Otherwise click on "Checkout with your card". If you chose to pay with your card the system will then automatically process your payment. If paying via paypal you will be taken to the paypal payment page.

Once you payment is successfully taken you will get a congratulations page letting you know that your order has been processed and is awaiting dispatch. You will also receive email confirmation of this, with all the details of your order. Keep this email for your reference.

You have just placed your first order with us. You will receive a text message and an email when we send your item (this will be same day if you order before 5PM with TNT/UKMAIL or 5:30PM with Royal Mail).
