Gods and Monsters Revealed – Ubisoft E3 2019
| 2019-06-10

From the team that brought us Assassins Creed Odyssey comes Gods and Monsters, an adventure through a fantasy ancient Greece! This game is obviously pretty big for Ubisoft seen as they chose to close their conference with it, and I believe that it has potential. We only got a sort trailer for the game but I already love the art style and the idea of a fantasy ancient Greece setting sounds pretty cool to me! Interestingly enough, we also got an extremely accurate release date for the game which is February 25th 2020. So they know when its coming out, but didn’t want to give us much information about the game or any gameplay? That’s not fair! Anyway as I said, it looks like it could be a cool game and with a provisional PEGI rating of 12, it could be a sweet adventure game that all the family can play! Check out the trailer and a bit of blurb below:

From the creators of Assassin’s Creed® Odyssey comes a storybook adventure about a forgotten hero on a quest to save the Greek gods. Prove your heroism by fighting dangerous mythological creatures and taking on their fearsome leader in a face-off for the ages. Explore a beautiful fantasy world where tricky trials, treacherous dungeons and heroic feats await. The journey will be as challenging and rewarding as the final destination and you will emerge as the hero you are meant to become.

There we have it then, that is all the Ubisoft had to offer us! I personally found the conference to be pretty underwhelming as we didn’t see a few titles that I thought would be shoe ins. Watch Dogs looks sweet and I guess Roller Champions could be solid but other than that, there wasn’t anything that really surprised me!
